Please note that once parcels leave us, we are not held responsible. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that your shipping details are correct and that the right shipping option is selected to prevent any issues. ORDER PROCESSING

Please allow 1 – 2 business days for your order to be processed. All orders are dispatched from Melbourne, Australia. 

Once your order has shipped, you will receive email confirmation as soon as it's on the way!

During peak times such as sale periods, please allow for an additional 2 working days for your order to be dispatched.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING

We offer standard shipping with our courier service for $10

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING 

International Standard + Express Shipping Available
prices are calculated and updated upon checkout.

Please allow up to 14 business days (standard) and up to 7 business days (express) from order placement to receive your order. Due to different customs processes in your country, there can be varied delays which are out of our control. If you are concerned about your international order, please contact us for any updates. 

Please note there are some countries that we do not ship to because of carrier limitations.

PRE-ORDERS

If your order contains both pre-order items and in-stock items, the order will be held until the pre-ordered item(s) arrive and then your order will be shipped together. Please let us know if you would like to spilt your order and have the in-stock items sent immediately. You will be required to pay any extra shipping fees if we ship items separately.
